  accessible technology helped turn small ideas into initiatives that reache
 d thousands of people.From building an education project for children in Ug
 anda to mobilising a volunteer network that supported around 13\,000 people
  affected by the war in Ukraine\, Katya has spent more than 15 years workin
 g at the intersection of education\, technology and social impact.Today\, s
 he leads Youth Line Family\, an international network of youth organisation
 s across Europe\, and works with around 1\,000 young people every year thro
 ugh Erasmus+ and international mobility programmes. Now AI is giving indivi
 duals and small organisations capabilities that once required much larger t
 eams\, budgets and expertise.Through real stories\, successes and lessons l
