SUMMARY:The Future of Leadership in the Age of AI
DESCRIPTION:The Future of Leadership in the Age of AIAs AI becomes more cap
able\, how must we evolve as leaders?AI is rapidly changing how we work\, m
ake decisions\, solve problems\, and build businesses. But the biggest lead
ership challenge may not be learning how to use AI.It may be ensuring that
we continue to lead it — rather than allowing it to lead us.As more knowl
edge\, analysis\, and decision-making can be outsourced to technology\, dis
tinctly human capacities become increasingly important: discernment\, judgm
ent\, self-trust\, communication\, and the ability to think beyond the patt
erns that created our past success.Join Kasia Szczesniak\, Founder of Lisbo
n Business Leaders\, for an interactive workshop exploring The Future of Le
adership in the Age of AI\, hosted at PWT Palace in Lisbon.Together\, we'll
explore:What becomes more important in a leader as AI becomes more intelli
gent?Which parts of leadership should never be outsourced to AI?How do we u
se AI without outsourcing our own thinking and judgment? How must we evolve
to ensure we continue leading AI — rather than allowing AI to lead us?Thi
s isn’t a workshop about AI tools or prompts. It’s about the evolution o
 f the person using them.Agenda17:00 – Arrival & Welcome17:30–18:30 –
