SUMMARY:AI PROMISES TO GIVE US TIME BACK. WHO GETS TO KEEP IT?
DESCRIPTION:Productivity\, Power and the New Human Contract at WorkArtifici
al intelligence promises to make us faster\, more productive and more effic

s no longer simply what AI can do. It is what we choose to do with what AI
makes possible.Join Sofia Manso for a thought-provoking conversation about
one of the most overlooked questions in the future of work: whether technol

ions.Drawing on her experience in executive people leadership\, organisatio
nal consultancy and the ideas explored in her book O Teu Próximo Passo (Yo
ur Next Step)\, Sofia challenges the assumption that greater efficiency aut
omatically leads to meaningful progress. What we'll exploreWho benefits when
AI increases productivity? Why working faster does not necessarily mean wor
king better. The hidden human and organisational costs of constant accelerat
ion.How leaders can turn technological gains into autonomy\, sustainable pe
rformance and shared value.Who should attend?Founders\, CEOs\, entrepreneur
