 f we pause to listen.Welcome to a practical\, experiential workshop for fou
 nders who want to build something great without burning themselves out.You
 ’ll learn to read your body’s signals of stress and fatigue\, and pract
 ise two simple breathing and somatic techniques to regulate in the moment.T
 hrough the lens of the seven types of rest\, you'll leave with a personal p
 lan to recharge during demanding workdays\, supporting performance\, resili
 ence and wellbeing.Who it’s for:Founders\, builders\, creatives\, and any
 one who cares about their health and wants success too. No prior experience

 cientist turned self-leadership coach and part-time yoga teacher\, speciali
 sed in mental and emotional resilience. With over 15 years of experience in
  international research institutions\, Ana is now based in Lisbon and works
  globally with science professionals and research institutions to help them
