Whether you’re a solo founder, leading a team, or navigating investor relationships, the fundamentals of leading and following translate directly to the dynamics that make or break business partnerships.

Led by Nóra and Miguel, two passionate instructors who understand that the best partnerships blend complementary strengths, you’ll discover:
- The fundamentals of bachata — a conversation without words
- How to lead with clarity and follow with trust (essential skills in any boardroom)
- Basic patterns you can confidently use the same evening
- The joy of genuine connection through movement
Your Instructors:
Hungarian-born Nóra found her voice through movement — from ballroom to contemporary ballet — before surrendering to the soulful call of bachata sensual. Her background in communication and strategic leadership brings unique insight to the art of connection.
Miguel grew up immersed in the vibrant dance culture of Venezuela and Madeira, where his mother’s legacy as a dance teacher shaped his destiny. His journey through salsa led him to bachata, where technical precision meets passionate expression.
