In this workshop, Vadim Glazkov, Senior Product Builder at Smartcat and founder of Glasgow Research, will walk through how he uses AI to plan customer interviews, analyse the findings and pull the results together. At each step, he'll show what a person needs to check before using the findings to make product decisions.
You'll leave with a workflow for deciding what to automate and what to check yourself. The aim is to spend less time and money on research without mistaking a convincing AI summary for evidence.

About the speaker
Vadim has been building SaaS and AI products for 10+ years. He has led 30+ product and research projects across 13 countries and ran a customer research workshop at PTW Palace in 2025.
