Aimed at indie creatives who want to produce their own transmedia projects, this workshop offers practical information and techniques for developing a strong concept, finding the right technology for it, and defining holistic strategies for successful financing.

Loreto Quijada is a filmmaker from Chile with over 20 years of experience. Her work expanded into transmedia in 2018 through projects that blend cinema with new technologies. In that year, she traveled to Germany to enroll in a Master’s program called “Digital Narratives,” which unexpectedly broadened her mind and creative practice. Since then, Loreto has been on a quest to unite various art forms in unconventional ways, formats, and combinations, pushing each medium beyond its familiar boundaries. This thrilling creative journey from Chile to the NRW region combines Latin American and European perspectives to conceive pluralistic, genre-blurring, and format-defying experiences.
