We are a non-profit community dedicated to disseminating agility and innovation practices in Portugal, fostering sharing and connecting local professionals and companies. In 2025, we took on the challenge of organizing one of the largest agility events Portugal has ever hosted: the Scrum Alliance’s Regional Scrum Gathering Lisbon 2025.
Our vision for PTW 2025 is to share with participants some of the challenges behind organizing this major event and how we can reaffirm the principles and values of agility through the talk: Behind RSG Lisbon 2025: What organizing a major agility event learned us. In this talk, we will go behind the scenes of organizing the Regional Scrum Gathering Lisbon 2025, sharing the strategies, decisions, figures, successes that marked the event, and failures that turned into learning experiences. An opportunity to learn about the challenges and solutions behind one of the largest gatherings in Portugal’s agile ecosystem.
