Matt LeMay is a product leader, consultant, and author with over a decade of experience helping teams and organizations maximize their impact. He has led product work at startups acquired by Google and Intuit, advised global companies like Spotify, and built product teams now valued in the hundreds of millions.
His previous books, Agile for Everybody and Product Management in Practice, have been translated into multiple languages and continue to guide teams across industries. Matt is also the creator of the One Page / One Hour Pledge, a widely adopted framework that reduces busywork and fosters collaboration.
