Success and failure both play important roles in business, and the ability to learn from failure is crucial.
No one goes into business intending to fail. However, everyone will likely come across it at some point in their working life.
It is, after all, part of the process, part and parcel of doing business. And indeed, with the right attitude, failure can be just as valuable as success.
In this event, we facilitate a talk round while having delicious breakfast together at a female-founded Pop-up Café called Kitchenette
Founders Message Joana Duarte:
“Kitchenette is the food-hybrid business I created 3 years ago. When I opened our first location – Kitchenette Pop Up Store – I wanted to help entrepreneurs to pursue their dreams. I was also trying to figure out what I could do with my background in marketing and a passion for food. Out of my own necessity as a part-time home baker I came up with this idea of having a co-kitchen where new food brands and entrepreneurs who already had an online business could cook and sell their products. Whilst getting real life customer feedback, I’d be helping them create nicer brands and get more visibility through our channels. As our community started to grow I felt the urge to create a permanent space in the neighborhood to gather people around good food! And that’s how I opened our second location in Campo de Ourique – Kitchenette Pop Up Café. “
We’ll meet at 9 AM at Kitchenette with a selected group of women who will have the opportunity to network and learn from each other. Two facilitators (Dori Juhasz and Simone Franke) will guide you through the process.
