PTW Palace is the curated flagship venue at the heart of Portugal Tech Week. The full festival runs 6–15 November 2026 with 300+ events across 20+ Portuguese cities — Palace concentrates the highest-impact programming into five days (9–13 Nov) at one extraordinary Lisbon venue.

No, if it is a community-relevant event (no self-promotion), without any costs for the community. Submission is free (via this link), and selected events join the Palace programme at no cost. PTW Palace is a community programme — we cover the venue, A/V, marketing, and audience-building. Hosts are responsible for their own speakers and any catering or extras beyond the standard setup. If you are hosting a for-profit event and/or without community relevance, then an operational support fee may be applied.

Anyone with a great idea — founders, investors, researchers, corporates, NGOs, government agencies, universities, creatives and community builders. International applicants are very welcome — PTW hosts attendees from 50+ countries.

Talks, fireside chats, panels, workshops, masterclasses, demos, product launches, roundtables, networking activations and pitch sessions. Slots typically range from 30 to 90 minutes.

A Friday-only (13 Nov 2026) dedicated track at PTW Palace, organised in partnership with Portugal's Armed Forces. It focuses on dual-use technology, cybersecurity, defense innovation and the sovereign tech stack — bridging startups, defense primes, government and research.
